How to purchase
Stuccu does not actually sell any products directly. We work with many partner websites to advertise their products and deals. In order to purchase, click on a product image on Stuccu. This will re-direct you to the website that sells the item directly. Please check what their payment options are on their website.
Why is the price listed on Stuccu different to the price on the website that sells the item?
Sometimes, the price that appears on Stuccu, and the external website that sells the product will vary. This is because Stuccu displays the lowest price available. This price could be found under: 'new from', 'used from' or 'other sellers' on a partner's site. It is also possible that between the times that Stuccu indexes a deal and a user finds it, aspects of the deal may have changed- including the price. Ultimately, the final price is up to the seller.
How come some of the prices aren't 70% off as advertised?
Up to 70% off refers to all items on Stuccu, and not any specific item or brand. Our goal is to try and bring the best prices and deals to customers. Some deals may be higher than 70% off, and others may be lower.
What are my payment options?
In order to purchase, customers need to click on the product image on Stuccu. This action will re-direct the customer to an external website where they can see the payment options. For further questions, please contact that website directly.
Can you give me a quote?
Stuccu cannot provide product quotes as Stuccu is an aggregator. This means that we advertise items for other websites at various prices. Customers can choose which price they prefer from the options on our website. We then lead them to the website where they can purchase. We do not have information on stock quantity or final costs including shipping. This is up to the sellers that we direct customers to.
How do I know if an item has free shipping?
You can filter your search for items with free shipping only by ticking the free shipping box in the 'refine by' search panel on the left side of the screen.
Do you deliver to my country?
Delivery and shipping costs vary from seller to seller. Please check with the seller you want to buy from what their shipping options are and whether they deliver to your country. You can find the contact information for a seller by clicking on the product image on Stuccu.
My deal says 'free shipping’ but is charging me for it. Why?
It possible that between the times Stuccu indexes a deal and a user finds it, some aspects of the deal may change- including the shipping price. Additionally, this price discrepancy could be because the item may be sold by other sellers on that website who do offer free shipping. This will appear under 'new from', 'used from', or 'other sellers.' Ultimately, the final price is up to the seller.
I haven’t received the item I ordered
If you have not yet received your item please contact the seller directly - you can check who the seller is via your order confirmation email. Alternatively, check if there are any delays in mail delivery in your area such as a mail strike.
I want to cancel my order
If you want to cancel an order, it is important that you request this before the item leaves the warehouse. If it has left already then returning the item depends on the seller’s returns policy. Check your receipt or order confirmation email to remember which store you ordered from and to find their contact information.
My item is damaged or needs repairs
The products on our site are not shipped by us, nor manufactured by us. They come from the company that you finalise your purchase with. Therefore, if you have any questions or issues regarding a product or order, please contact the company that produces or ships the item directly. You can find this information on your item labelling, or on your order confirmation email. Please contact them regarding any issues with the product you have received.
I want to return an item
Please check your receipt or order confirmation email to remember which store you ordered from. Then contact them regarding their returns policy and how you can return an item.
I haven’t received my refund yet
Check your receipt or order confirmation email to remember which store you ordered from. Then contact them regarding issues with receiving your refund. It may be that they have not yet received the item that you returned, or have not yet reimbursed you due to time restraints.
